I saw this t-shirt design at a incubus concert I went to, and it has still stuck in my head for some reason. I really like how not only the lungs are life-size on the outside of the t-shirt, but that the lungs themselves are fractals. To me, fractals mirror practically everything in nature and make up some of the best designs, since it is their mathematical nature that makes them graphically interesting.
