03- Lucinda Ng: Essential to All Known Forms of Life

It covers 70% of the earth's surface and makes up about 65% of a human body. Water is fundamentally the most important thing to life. Aside from being a necessity, it also contributes to many factors of life. We use it for power, to swim in, to bathe in, as a tool to cut through things, to put out fires, and it is what inadvertently sank the Titanic. From powerful, spectacular waterfalls to a tiny dewdrops on grass, water is simply amazing. It can be strong and restraining yet it can also be calm and serene. It can force its way through many mediums or just engulf its surroundings. It can distort, warp and purify. Water is truly a work of art with the many personas it takes on.
