This painting is by Georges Braque. The use of simple cubes and pyramids is prevalent in the painting, but it still manages to show depth in the houses and the viaduct. It's as if he chose different vanishing points for each house, which works well because it makes the houses kind of zig-zagged and it leads your eyes from the bottom up to the top smoothly.
